What age do you recommend starting teen brow treatments?
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you’re running behind, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but please note that arriving late may shorten your service time out of respect for the next client.
What is BIAB and how does it differ from gel polish?
BIAB (Builder In A Bottle) strengthens and supports your natural nails, perfect if you struggle with weaker nails, while gel polish focuses purely on colour and shine.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or result in a deposit being forfeited. Life happens—I just appreciate as much notice as possible!
